Shipping costs and delivery

Manzano's PopShop currently supports shipping to United States addresses through checkout.

Shipping availability, rates, and delivery estimates are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Standard shipping is calculated from the shipping address. Under the current checkout rules, United States shipping may be free during active promotions and otherwise ranges up to $14.95 depending on destination.

The final shipping price shown at checkout is the amount charged for the order. If shipping information appears differently outside checkout, the checkout total controls.

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Carrier transit commonly takes 3 to 7 business days after handoff. Total delivery time is usually 4 to 10 business days, but carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or high-volume periods may extend delivery.

Tracking information is provided when available after an order is prepared for shipment.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address issue is found after checkout, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

Shipping issues are reviewed under our return policy. Email manzanohq@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item.
